I've also FINALLY added some new jewelry I've been tinkering with since Christmas (eeeek! and more to come) and got around to properly photographing and posting. I do love them and hope you do to. The economy isn't so great and the world's future looks so bleak when you cringe to watch the news, so hopefully you can find the beauty in each day and everything you experience (good & bad) ! I for one browse through Etsy each morning and always find something to smile about & that inspires me. ok, so I knew something was up when I had over 500 hits on my "my beloved" locket last Friday and I had no idea why(never happens to little old me)...THEN someone send this to me today and there it was, chosen to be on the front page by the awesome and incredible Etsy staff. Not to sound like a complete geek, but I never thought I'd be chosen for a Treasury let alone the front page:) It was a little dream come true since I've put so much time into my little jewelry shop and I do truly love it and am thankful for the outlet of sanity it has given me...I had a rotten day Saturday that really got me down because of a test I had to take for advanced training class-I don't test well, I'm an artist:) ha! Anyway, thanks to etsy and to the shoppers out there who love me and my jewels. AND I DO love the other lockets listed by the other sellers-aren't they fabulous? Such talent. My husband thinks I deserve a glass of red for this one and I have to say I agree-who am I to argue?

Locket Love:)

I love lockets...I think it's the idea behind it that you can put a picture of someone you love inside and by wearing it you're keeping them close to your heart and they're always with you. I really adore these new lovely locket earrings and I think they're really perfect to wear for everyday to. They're sweet and feminine and the bows are tooooo cute. I'm really into bows lately to since they can instantly turn something simple into something girly and fabulous. Funny thing is I'm not that girly or frilly, but I do think they're very Grace Kelly/Audrey Hepburn-ish and I love the classic style and time-less look... Soon to come are the matching necklaces if I can ever get to posting more today:) Very chic!
